We are a private spa, To provide you and other clients with excellent customer service and access to appointments, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy.

Kindly review arrival, booking, and cancellation information below. Please note that by booking an appointment, you are accepting the conditions of our cancellation, late-arrival or no-show policies.

BOOKING

When booking your treatment(s), you will be asked to provide a valid credit card number to reserve your appointment.

ARRIVAL

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment. This will give you the necessary time to settle in and fill out any forms.

LATE ARRIVAL

We fully understand that sometimes being late is outside of your control. In fairness to all our clients, appointments will always begin as scheduled and any late arrivals may lose a portion of their treatment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals by performing the most complete treatment possible in the time remaining.

Unfortunately, arriving too late to perform a service will result in a cancellation. If you are 15 minutes or more late, we may ask you to reschedule your appointment so it will not affect our punctual clients. If we are unable to take you at the time you arrive, you will be charged for 50% of the service that you missed.

CANCELLATIONS

At MonEli Spa your appointments are very important to us. If you need to cancel, please call us at

(646)628-1211 as soon as possible. This gives us the most time to re-book other clients. If you do not cancel 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 50% of your service price for missing your appointment with your on-file credit card.

NO SHOW

We understand that appointments may need to be changed or canceled within the 24-hour notice. However, if you no-show without notices on the day of your appointment we will charge you 100% of your booked service price.
